INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU:

We collect nonpublic personal information (NPI) about you from the following sources:

·         Information provided by you on applications or other forms (such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income).

·         Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others ( such as your account balances, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card transactions); and

·         Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency (such as  your credit/worthiness and credit history)

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

We may disclose all the information we obtain from you, as described above.

WHOM WE MAY SHARE INFORMATION WITH:

We may disclose nonpublic information about you, as described above, with our affiliates (which we disclose on our provider of service addendum).  Our affiliates offer a variety of services (such as mortgage banking, title insurance, and mortgage closing services) and, as required by law, we may share information among our affiliates for authorized purposes.

We may also disclose nonpublic information about you, as described above, to companies that provide specialized services to us that are critical to our own operations (such as data processing services, online banking services, and check printing and imaging services).

We may also disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to companies we have selected to perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.  Those companies we engage to provide such services are contractually required to protect your information and to use it only for the specific purpose authorized.

We also may disclose non public personal information about you to the following types of non-affiliated third parties financial service providers such as securities broker-dealers, or insurance agents and mortgage bankers, unless you direct us otherwise.

We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non- affiliated third parties permitted by law.

IF YOU DON’T WANT US TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION:

If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of these disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law).  Your opt out direction will be in force even if your customer service relationship with us ends.

You should know that under certain state and federal statutes we may be required by law to disclose information about you.  This may occur in situations such as in connection with a subpoena, if you are involved in litigation, or the sale of you account to another institution.  Any of the nonpublic information described above may be disclosed as required in these circumstances.

Is committed to protecting the security of our customer information.  We maintain strict internal policies regarding confidentiality of customer information for both our current as well, as our former customers.  We limit the access to this information to only those employees who need it in order to perform their jobs.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic information.  We assess our information security as new technologies emerge, and upgrade our systems as needed.
